When I began designing our Hill Country Getaway project, my goal was to create a space that reflected my design aesthetic while also inviting anyone who stepped inside to feel instantly at home. Given that we decided to sell the property, I wanted the design to be versatile and relate less to me and more to the surrounding hill country so that my imagined client would be able to come in and make it their own. I knew the paint colors needed to be neutral, yet warm and welcoming—just the way a ranch casita should feel.
We sampled too many colors (I LOVE seeing a paint sample in a new project), we changed our mind mid painting (only once) and we love the way each color completes a room. Which color are you going to try? Comment below!
